Directions

Separate egg yolks from the whites. Beat whites with salt until foamy. Cut strawberries and oranges into thin slices of 0.3 cm. Blend cottage cheese, egg yolks, sugar, and flour until fully combined. Add egg whites and mix with a spatula. Grease the bowl with butter, pour in half of the mixture and cover with fruits. Top with the rest of mixture and level off with a spatula. Close the lid. Select “BAKE”. Set the time of 1 hour. Cook until the program finishes. Leave the cake in the cooker for 35 minutes.
