· Wash and chop the beef. Cut the cabbage, onions and potatoes into thin strips. Grate the carrots and chop the garlic.
· Put all ingredients in the multicooker and mix. Close the lid, press MENU and select SOUP. Set the COOK TIME for 1 hour and press START.
· Remove the protein foam 20 minutes later then close the lid and cook until the program ends.
