Directions
Cut eggplants into halves lengthwise and deseed. Put meat, onion, garlic, and tomatoes through a meat grinder, add salt, spices, and mix well. Stuff eggplants with the mixture, wrap in foil and place inside the bowl. Close the lid. Select “BAKE”. Set the time of 50 minutes. Cook until the program finishes.
