· Peel and chop the oranges into small cubes. Set the oranges into the bowl, add the sugar and mix. Close the lid and put the steam valve in the High Pressure position.
· Press JAM/DESSERT and set the COOK TIME to FAST (13 minutes).
· Cook until the program finishes and put the steam valve back in the Normal Pressure position to release the pressure.
