Wheat flour | 560 g |

· Soften the butter and whisk the eggs with sugar until foamy. Add the butter, flour and baking powder while whisking. Run the walnuts and bananas through a meat grinder and combine with the egg mixture. Grease the bowl with butter, put the dough in and close the lid.
· Press MENU and select the CAKE program. Press the HOUR/MIN button and set the COOKING TIME for 1 hour and 40 minutes.
· Press START and 40 minutes before the program finishes, open the lid and turn the cake over. Close the lid and cook until the program finishes then leave on KEEP WARM for 15 minutes.
